We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt, subject to order confirmation and clearance of funds.

Any order received Monday to Friday after 12pm will be despatched the following day. Orders received over weekends will be despatched on Monday.

Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and an expected delivery date.

Simply try our products for at least 60 days. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within the 90 days for a complete refund less shipping fees.

A contract between you and Sensi Skincare for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. Use of promotional codes



From time to time we send promotional discount codes to reward our best customers, and to entice new customers to purchase from Sensi Skincare. 

Each voucher code will have its own specific terms, for example when it is valid from and until, and what discount or offer it provides you.  However, general terms for the use of voucher codes are:


- They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or on sale items


- They cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift vouchers


- They are only available for your sole use and shouldn’t be passed on to third parties (unless we tell you it’s ok!)


- They are not valid in our stores or concessions (unless we tell you they are)

Cancellation Rights



You may cancel the contract between you and Sensi Skincare for any reason upon giving written notice to Sensi Skincare within 7 days of the date of the contract.
If you cancel within this time you will be refunded any payments made in full.
You will be required to return to Sensi Skincare any products sent to you under any contract you have cancelled.
The products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
