   At 2mths old my little boy developed eczema and none of the creams prescribed by our doctor worked. A friend recommended the Gentle Spray from Salcura and it started to work almost immediately! For the first time in months my little boy wasn't scratching - the itching had stopped! Now the redness has gone and his skin is very close to being back to normal for the first time in months.
