Painful rash, itching and scabbing on hands - Eczema

My husband was a printer for nearly 30 years and began to develop a very painful rash, itching, scabbing to his hands and forearms. Diagnosis revealed occupational dermatitis and subsequent treatments failed to resolve this. That was until I happened upon salcura at my local Tesco Pharmacy.
